Our team uses low-VOC products to prevent breathing in harmful or toxic chemicals. We use the correct liners to prevent off-gassing. Our system does not require drilling, solvent-based adhesives, or mechanical fasteners that could cause damage to your home's foundation. We use a sealant adhesive to attach the liner to your foundation wall, creating a sealed attachment. These liners are virtually puncture-proof and mold-resistant to last years to come.

We Offer 2 types of Encapsulation. Naturally vented or Conditioned.
  Naturally vented encapsulation involves installing a wall and ground liner then using foundation vents to naturally ventilate the moisture out of your crawlspace.
Conditioned encapsulation involves installing a wall and ground liner, then sealing all vents to prevent drafts from entering the crawlspace and controlling the moisture by using a dehumidifier.  
Each method has its own pros and cons depending on the crawlspace and the needs of the resident.   
In a flood zone? We offer vapor barrier options that meet FEMA and other codes and regulation requirements.
